Payment

We use Paypal to process payments. It provides a secure payment option for our customers. We do not see or retain your credit card details.

 Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. When you check out, Paypal offers the option of paying via a Paypal account or by submitting your credit card details.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within the continental United States only via USPS. Please allow up to three to five business days for processing your order. Delays may occur during times of high order volume or inclement weather. Reshipment due to customer providing an incorrect address will be at customer expense.

Returns

Our goal is to always provide bath and body essentials that are of the absolute finest in quality. Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or your order was filled incorrectly upon receipt. Please notify us within seven business days of receipt if either of these have occurred. Partly-used items also cannot not be refunded.  A full refund will be issued within fourteen days of receipt.

Disclaimer

When trying new skin care bath products, patch test the product on a small area of your skin before using it on your entire body or in the bath. Stop using the product immediately if irritation occurs.  This is especially important if you have allergies or sensitive skin. All of our products are for external use only.
